Policies
- Payment for the first session is due on scheduling and is non-refundable. Payment for subsequent sessions is due before the session. Sessions may be changed or cancelled with 24 hours notice.
- Please review the HIPAA (click to see) and the Working Agreement (click to see).
Both must be signed before or at the first session.
